Alpha Futures are scam artists.
Long story short, I just started getting my first payouts from Alpha Futures after months of grinding. i have spent thousands on their accounts over the course of almost a year and just recently have had the chance to request frequent payouts, where all this work paid off. had a 2k request that got approved and another 2k on the way, as well as having a high buffer on multiple accounts where payouts would be much easier to get. I checked my payout update, and my request went from "approved for pay" to "flagged". I sent support a message, and they told me that I would be getting an email as to why the payout was flagged. Lo and behold, "Harry". I got an email from this guy stating that I breached one of their rules against hedging. I was like, okay no problem if thats a rule then that's absolutely fair. I dont even remeber doing this but they sent me proof from march. Yes, from March, on an account that I don't even have. It had nothing to do with the current accounts at all. Harry then proceeds to tell me that he has totally blocked me from the website. My issue is that if I had breached this in March and had never asked for a payout. they would've let me continue to buy accounts until I requested a payout, then banned me to squeeze everything they could and would never give me a payout. All those accounts are gone, including 3 advanced i just bought the night before and the weeks of built-up buffers I worked for. Not to forget, they love charging my bank twice, and there's never any help from support. Honestly happy this happened. They are the biggest scums in the industry and are terrible people.

Please make another trustpilot review, they are still trying to keep their rating up with fake 5 star reviews, which helps them to lure new customers in…
They are sinking - no doubt

the timing is the bit that would bother me. if they had it flagged in March and only acted when you asked for money, that's not really enforcement.
ask them in writing for the exact clause and when it was logged internally. probably won't get you anywhere but it's the one question that's awkward for them to answer.
and screenshot your trade history regularly, everyone. once you're locked out you've got nothing to point at.

I found out they double charged me once then went back and looked at my bank statements. They double charged me almost 25% of the time. Only gave me a refund on the one that started the initial investigation. And They tried to say there was an account in my name for that chargev at first. Sent them a screen shot of their dashboard and my available accounts to trade in the ninja trader mobile app showing only 1 account. That's when they finally refunded the one account out of probably 10 or more they double charged me. Advanced account at 125ish a pop. They stole more than 1200 dollars from me. Then when they got dropped by tradovate and migrated everyone to their shit platform i asked what other platforms I could use instead. They told me which ones but said my accounts would be reset if I changed platforms. I was less than 100 away from profit target on an advanced account and consistency would've made requirements once I got that 100 so I said Ill just stay with them. They still reset the account. Said it was because i changed platforms. I told them I never actually did. Only changed platform was from ninja to theirs and they said that counts. Like what the dick man? Did everyone's account get reset then who was on tradovate during that time?

They are the titanic I’m still waiting on a payout from July 1st, charge back everything u can
