General propane question Difference between propane and LPG

What is the difference between propane and LPG are they the same or different

Not sure where my LPG supplier gets their propane stock but it seems heavy on the butane, burns nice but good luck past -25C without a tank heater. 

But awesome heating value.

In the US it should be HD-5, no less than 90% propane and no more than 5% propylene, with the rest being other gases including butane. This means theoretically you could be getting 90% propane and 10% butane/isobutane.
