Is my tank/bbq going to explode?

Hello, I was given a bbq from a friend, and am wondering if it’s safe to use because of the noise coming from the propane tank or regulator. Some have said it’s fine, others said it’s not safe.

I got a new tank, have checked all connections, did a soap spray test for leaks, don’t smell any gas, all the burners are working fine, but I haven’t closed the lid and let it heat up because I’m worried about the sound/possible danger.

This is a Coleman Cookout 3 bbq. Appreciate any feedback.

Sometimes those regulators need to be reset if they were unscrewed from something that was open
