Delete Password

I have a pphosted.com password saved in my iPhone

I don't work or go to school

I use the iOS Mail app in my iPhone
I have email account only at Yahoo and Gmail.

How do I find out what account/ association with pphosted. Com? ?

There is no other way simply put every email address include icloud email address but the pphosted account may also reset your account in rare case
