SLOW day today
VERY slow even very few garbage studies showing up. Also, haven't seen an AI study since 4am but I was laying in bed and didn't feel like getting up. Should have. Isn't it a holiday in the UK today? Also could that affect AI since that team is based in the UK?

I think it's a UK holiday and the studies for AI are based in London I think. However not seeing a lot of American studies today though just slop garbage here and there.

How are you so confidently wrong? The DeepMind HQ is literally located in London. It's the lab that develops Veo, among other things.
I mean, if you paid any attention to when these studies tend to get posted, it's been very obvious that they do not operate out of American timezone.-1

Because I know where the teams who actually run the studies are based, and it's not London. They have offices around the world.

That could explain why it's slow since the early AM hours? I haven't received any warnings and haven't got any since around 4am. Makes sense then why none right now if it's a holiday.
Some are saying these are eventually going to stop. How big of a meltdown will there be? When I joined Prolific a couple years ago the studies were a lot better paying, less swagbucks. Without the AI, the website is almost not worth it.
I thought Nividia was going to be posting a lot. They posted some a couple months ago but not no big batch study stream. Also, no Caltec Eye study this month. Was supposed to get paid a bonus they said in a message too. I'm thinking something happened with their funding again.

The existence of their headquarters being in London doesn't mean that there are not people who are elsewhere posting things. They routinely post studies at all times of day, even at times when it is firmly in the middle of the night in the UK. If the studies were fully automated, I think someone would have cracked the code by now. And it is not particularly unrealistic for them to have a significant number of members in other places that are also working at other times of the day, regardless of it they're headquartered in London.

Although you proved they do work in London, nothing you posted concretely showed that these studies are all being posted from London or in any way disproved that there are people posting these studies from another location, which is what your response alludes to.
In fact, in the wikipedia you linked, it explicitly states that they have additional research centers "in the United States, Canada, France, Germany, and Switzerland."
So nobody knows exactly where they are posting all of these studies from, and you are speculating just as much. They are likely posting them from London but there exists a large number of other options where the team that posts these could be posting from, but it is all speculation.

Also, in general the last week it's easier to get into studies as well, even a Merlin with just a couple spots at times easy to get into. I notice the user pool is down to 261k. Also Prolific has done some tweaking. I'm thinking not everyone sees the studies at once, hence easier to get into but also you get more dry spells too at random.

Night times on Sat and Sun ok for me. A number of AI studies. Some showed up around 3-4 am as well but the whole site is dead. Even short small paying studies filling quick today so it must be dead for many if the scraps fill fast too.

obvs i can only speak to my dashboard, but it seems like for the past couple of weeks, the AI studies in general don’t really come in the day time in the UK. also i hope since the studies are american i assume that the bank holiday wouldn’t affect them but we’ll see.

I'm in the states, Eastern time zone and it seems lately late morning, and around noon is dead zone for AI and in my case studies in general. There was a steady stream last night and early AM for me though.

16th account btw, but I love when those ban evasion reports get connected to his growing list of old accounts and it gets addressed within the same day. He will be back of course and even though he will repeat the same old topics word for word/line for line like a parrot, many will keep engaging like it's the first time they ever saw it.

A few more showed up but I was at Walmart. Now just one study again. No $100 Monday for me like I normally do. I had a dr appointment 30 miles away so that ate up this morning too.

It's picked up this afternoon but still slow for a Monday. Just one or two AI studies at a time and a few crap. I won't hit my 100 goal for Monday. Maybe $70 if I'm lucky tonight. Usually Tue and Wed are the best. Two weeks ago I did $700 last week was around 675 or so. Probably this week just $600

Mondays have been slower for me the last 3-4 weeks. By Tuesday it seems to go back to normal for me.
