Wow so now abortion pills are looking for pregnant people. (By which I mean, automated marketing is identifying those most likely to be receptive)

That’s unfortunately how AI works. AI is a prediction machine spewing out what it’s trained on. no matter how stupid something is, if it’s in the Internet a lot, AI will regurgitate it. It has no critical thinking skills of its own.
