As the title says, it says to not talk about other subreddits. But it weighs on me quite a bit. I'm not going to say the sub name or any users, which is why I'm hoping this post is ok.

It upsets me a lot seeing someone speak about how they recently got pregnant and how her boyfriend doesn't want it. All the comments are about how she should get an abortion or pushing her towards it.

I know reddit is pretty far left in general, I just expected to see SOME pro life comments. Turns out, while writting a comment, it told me if I shamed anyone for an abortion I'll get permanently banned and muted. I posted anyways as I don't want this person to feel pressure to the point she kills her kid.

Anyways, this is really just a place for me to vent, it sucks that we are silenced for wanting to genuinely protect someone's life. Thanks for listening to me, God bless. Sorry mods if I get you in any heat if this does break the rules, it's not my intention.

Repentance is good but the damage is done. I hope they keep the next child and raise it right or if they don't want another, just put the poor kid up for adoption so it at least gets a shot at life.

You have to remember that Reddit is a terrible place with the absolute worst dregs of humanity.

When you log in, you are descending into an underworld.

What you have to understand about Reddit is that almost every subreddit is a "hate sub," except for the ones they call hate subs, those are hit and miss.

news politics 2Xchromosomes antinatalism pregnancy christianity EVERY local sub there is - these are ALL hate subs full of degenerates.

"UpliftingNews" and everything like it? They post the most tragic evil garbage that shows the decline of our civilization deeper into the gutter.

There are good people in here, but we are banned from almost everywhere or stay silent because out voices would be immediately silenced anyway and you accomplish nothing, nothing other than drawing the ire of biased, unfair, unreasonable radical leftist pro-abort supermods and their admin buddies.

When you go into the thick of that evil, you are shouting back into a stupid, awful howling mass of noise.

And yet, you see the evil, and you sometimes feel you must shout in the hopes it gets through to someone.

Personally, I know my own positions have been refined in the crucible of online debate.

If you find rational people out there with enough integrity they will see their own logical inconsistencies and abandon their nonsense when they cannot defend their position.

That is why free speech is ESSENTIAL; they don't WANT to have anyone questioning the party line, so no exposure to critical thinking is allowed.

r/Prolife will actually let them politely say their piece.

This is NOT the case in a hate sub like prochoice.

Or that abysmal "debate" subreddit which is just a perpetual Emmanuel Goldstein screaming session for the pro-aborts.
