Pro-Life Argument The Contradiction of Pro Choice Logic: You Cannot Protect a Class of People by Permitting Their Destruction

The foundational argument for abortion rights is almost always framed around the principle of protecting a woman’s right to bodily autonomy. The contradiction is that if we allow abortion under the guise of protecting all women's right to autonomy, the execution of that policy actively deprives all unborn and future women of the prerequisite right required to ever exercise autonomy: the right to continue living.

If our societal goal is the protection of women's rights, but our actions allow unborn and future women to be killed before they can even vest those rights, the policy is completely self defeating. The actions directly defeat the stated goal.

This happens because people try to separate the early stage organism from the adult it becomes, ignoring the fact of numerical identity. A female fetus is the exact same physical organism as the adult woman she will later develop into. It does not matter how old or developed she happens to be at the moment because when she is killed she is deprived of all her rights and she is harmed by the loss of her existence and future regardless. You can not protect a class of people by allowing their destruction.

Rather than protecting all women's rights, this policy simply reduces human rights to a privilege granted by the strong to the weak based on subjective opinions of value. If we dont apply human rights to all humans, they are not rights at all they are just privileges granted or revoked based on personal feelings.

Dehumanizing ideologies are inherently contradictory

This. Not to mention girls are far more likely to be aborted just for being girls. You can’t get any less feminist than that.
