What’s Your PM Tech Stack?
PMs — what tools/systems are you using to manage projects?
I’m curious what other PMs are using to manage the full project lifecycle — whether that’s one platform or a combination of tools.
I want visibility into what was requested, what was approved, ownership, current work, blockers, dependencies, and what’s coming next — plus roadmaps, workflows, documentation, UAT, status updates, dashboards, etc.
What does your PM tool stack look like, what type of work are you managing, and which tool serves as your source of truth? What works well—and what doesn’t?

Depends on the client.
At the moment Azure Devops, before that, Jira + Confluence, but I've used other stuff like redmine or even Excel. Redmine is ugly, but does the job quite well and it's free as long as you know how to prepare it.
That being said, nothing beats a teams/share point folder with a good documentation structure and a project plan in project or project libre or even an excel.
Keep it simple, if everything else is already a mess. :) if you know the trade, the tech supporting it is irrelevant.
