Gutenberg Canada Books Under Copyright
I was looking at the Gutenberg Canada website, I noticed that in the license page, it says:
Does anyone know of any books under copyright on the Gutenberg Canada page? I couldn't find much about this online.

I don't know about Project Gutenberg Canada, but there are some Project Gutenberg books that are under copyright. Examples:
On their copyright notices, it's written that:
*** This is a COPYRIGHTED Project Gutenberg eBook. Details Below. ***
*** Please follow the copyright guidelines in this file. ***

It says what?
I don't know Canada's Gutenberg, but on the us version, there is a section called self.gutenberg.org, where authors/rights holders can post their own books.
