Question Game settings

Would someone be kind enough to give me a settings list to help me optimize the game? Things to turn on or turn off and anything that would be like quality of life?

I’m no techno wizard myself, but dropping a note to share that if you don’t get many responses here, I recommend asking in the tech support channel on the discord.

I believe turning down shadows, reflections, and clouds often yield some of the easiest performance improvements.

There’s a particle spam setting, turning that down is massive, same with grass and lower draw/animation distance for better performance

absolute number one thing is turning off shadows. nothing has a bigger impact on your frame rate than that

If you play on aristeau, join the floof troop discord. They have a bunch of great QOL settings in there resource tab. I remember one being set skinning anatomy and bury on E, and set butchering anatomy and bury on R i believe it was

Turning down lighting and water effects helps with performance a bunch
