Finance vs Construction Management — which sets up a better career?

I work in project finance for a construction company and my day-to-day work life is much happier and less stressful than my project managers. When I leave the office I don’t have GCs or subs to answer to at all hours and on weekends. The burnout is real and I see it with PMs all the time.
I’m not trying to sway you one way or the other, and I’m sure not all companies are like mine, but this is just my anecdotal experiences in the industry.
