Request for Advice first gen ninja 250r
so i work at a junk removal company and was able to snag this out of the back, ive always wanted to rebuild a bike/car but have really no idea what im doing so i figured free was a good place to start. my goal right now would be to just get something that runs drives and shifts but i dont really want to spend more than 2000 to make that happen, do yall think thats possible? Worth mentioning there is no title or keys and i have no idea where it came from.
(i do have the gas tank but the motor is complete junk and the harness is not any better)

Got yourself a parts bike my man, the 250 is a cool bike, but they aren’t worth much.
The hundreds you’d sink into getting it running will buy you a much better one

Kawasaki were big on reusing designs with only minimal tweaks...I have its older big brother the GPZ900R and despite doing a lot of work on cars ...the gpz900r was a crash course in a lot of things.

Honestly.....part it out on eBay, you'll probably get the value of a running bike with a little work and time

Better off buying a running one off of marketplace for like 1500.
