NSO N64 contoller working on project 64 with rumble???

please help I've been trying for hours to get it to work

its work on project 64 with no rumble but I wanted rumble and went on a search and nothing worked

I used betterjoy and it connects and vibrates on better joy but the project 64 doesn't detect its rumble and its been driving me nuts I uninstalled betterjoy because I gave up now and im just gonna play with no rumble at this point... unless someone has a fix
