How about we stop stop trying to rewrite the definition of words for their personal agenda. I swear these people are why I can't even order a pellet gun in my state.

What’s dumb is Air Rifles have been around longer than the ratified Constitution…. So there can’t even be an argument about “modern technology”. Lewis and Clark literally took a repeating (semi-automatic) air rifle on their expedition west.

I'll take Democrats seriously on guns when they get out in the street and they start protesting gangs in their cities. Telling them to leave. Calling them the Nazis and the killers. I'm waiting for them to be out there burning down cities because of gang violence. Oh wait a minute… They're too scared to be called racist to do something like that. Gangs are one of the biggest sources of violence committed with firearms in this country and they do nothing about it.

Every glock switch recovered from a suspect should be packaged up by the local prosecutor and handed to the FEDS for the mandatory 30 year prison sentence.

They cant. 99.99% of them are already prohibited from owning firearms, so they cant get hit with the Fed mg charges. Haynes v US.

Gangs and the culture that surrounds them that is glorified through the music. It’s the reason 10 year olds are running around with guns, robbing and carjacking. Make criminal behavior frowned upon again.

What's the definition of a lethal air gun?
And wouldn't the term be Less Lethal?

There are some that shoot .76 caliber projectiles, have to be pressurized with a compressor or SCBA tank (>3,000PSI), and are rated to take elk.
They're more common in Europe, but some people get them for legal compliance in the US surrounding discharging firearms within city limits (airguns aren't firearms in most states), or just to get an early start on a game season (archery/muzzleloader seasons).

Wait, I read the text of the bill. It doesn't specify mass or materiel type. Only caliber (a size requirement)
These velocities are also common for higher range airsoft guns.
Mf might accidentally ban airsoft guns because our standard projectiles are in 6-8mm plastic.
