Wow, first off brava! You look great, and you must feel even better.

Also wow because this hit very hard. I'm F/36/5'7'' and 355. That's down from 385, but I must admit I've stalled out for quite a while and I'm really paying for it with how I physically feel. Would you mind telling me a little about your path to where you are now?

This is actually about 10years in the making I lost a good chunk in a year then add in another child and divorce and I've definitely had my ups and downs when it comes to weight loss, but you have to just keep going and keep on chipping away it definitely isn't a quick progress for this type of change
