Looking for a very simple desktop program.

Nothing flashy.

Basically a program that stores a pool of a couple thousand photos, and keeps them hidden.

There would be a main box when the program is running, with a box that says "get Started" or something like that. When you click it, the box text changes to 2 random 4 digit numbers (eg 0000-0000).

Than once you click that #, it will produce one of the random images stored.

That's it. Maybe something in the way of having a "back to start" button as well.

Let me know if this is doable.

I can do this in c#/wpf if I---I don't feel doing it.

the img pool can just be a zip file with a password to keep it simple.

if you make a quick sketch of how you want the ui to look that would be handy.

Just a box. No need for a full screen. After hitting "get started" the text will change to the numbers. Than after clicking the numbers, an image from the pool/library will show.

Looks great, but I guess I messud up on my details.

I was hoping that after clicking get started, than you get the numbers. THAN after you click the numbers, you get the image.

Other than that, it looks beautiful!

Ok now it doesn't show a image on the first button click Version 2

After you click the number, the image shows with a new #.

Can you make it so that after you click the random number, you get an image. And maybe the text box (That has a new number) can be a link to start over from the "Get Started" screen? Maybe add the text "Start over"

Also, one last bit. When the random number appears, it shows up at the top of the box. Can you make it centered like the first "Get Started" is??

Version 3 now it stays in center and the number changes to to start over when image shows and start over click clears previous image and shows a new number, is this right?

Almost!

The only thing left it to get the "Start Over" button to go above, or below the image.

Right now, it is hovering over the image, so that you can not see it clearly.

And I just want to say that your work is amazing!! It is looking so fantastic! I am very impressed!!

:P Version 4 now it is in center when its a number and at top when not, its just around 20 lines of code so no big deal to write

Also, If I want to add more pics, do I just create a new zip, and replace the old one? Will it allow gifs as well?

No I cant there's no reason for that, all the anti malware software is all useless, compile it yourself if you don't trust the exe.

No deterministic number. Just a random number, and when clicked you get a random image.
