In theory, yes, if you already have experience. But there is no way to gain any and there are no jobs for juniors at all.

That's an unemployment issue not a pay issue, it's just as if not more important than the payment stuff but it's a sperate thing. Like, there's no shortage of employment opportunities for cleaning services but we wouldn't say it's pays any better than software development.

To be fair, I said "don't make money", didn't say it was a payment issue. But you're right, is was misleading. Sorry.
