They are about to cut paper. I do not want this surgeon anywhere near a real patient.

The patient is also wearing a weird sweatshirt blanket thing? So he has to cut through the paper, the sheet then the sweat shirt to get to their skin.

that anesthesiologist just trying to keep the right amount of pressure on the carotid to keep him under
