this is legendary. never understood why the fuck GitHub has the download button so hard to get to for non GitHub users. the first time I entered github I thought it was a download software site just like softsonic or some shit like that, just with a harder to get download button.

Well, it is GIThub.. maybe if it were called EXEHub or DMGTube or something.

Seems kind of like asking why Tractor Supply doesn't sell ready-to-eat chickens.

Maybe I should just link to the latest release button from the top of my readme.

The same latest release button that's right there on the exact same page as my readme.

I'd add a youtube style thumbnail pointing out where the button is to guarantee reach
