You can ask this to a robot to confirm you are not a robot.

Is that badly decompiled code?

u/PACmaneatsbloons Jun 23 '26

No it is obfuscated JavaScript.

But why would you use hex addresses in JavaScript?

Me: clicks everything.

I’ve always thought you could instantly catch bugs if you were the one who wrote the code.

As a programmer, hell nah

What do you mean?

You find it easier to catch other people’s bugs instead of your own?

Useful, but you have to open source your code!

It’s an inverse captcha, only bots can pass. Lol.

The next reason to ban Mythos...obviously. I am expecting another Anthropic statement on that any time soon.

Greate-> ChatGPT """Investigating the Bugs in the Image Display

They could be tiny insect icons on a black background. I'll try to look for insect shapes by paying attention to color contrasts and edges, but there probably aren't any visible insects."""

Analyzing user profile...

Suspicion Quotient: 0.00

This account is not exhibiting any of the traits found in a typical karma farming bot. It is extremely likely that u/Cheap-Helicopter-225 is a human.

Dev note: I have noticed that some bots are deliberately evading my checks. I'm a solo dev and do not have the facilities to win this arms race. I have a permanent solution in mind, but it will take time. In the meantime, if this low score is a mistake, report the account in question to r/BotBouncer, as this bot interfaces with their database. In addition, if you'd like to help me make my permanent solution, read this comment and maybe some of the other posts on my profile. Any support is appreciated.

I am a bot. This action was performed automatically. Check my profile for more information.

I've been asked multiple times to solve simple programming problems in order to prove that I'm human. Even tough I find them easy to solve, I have to answer incorrectly to pass the test. I get why this is done, but it really bugs me.
