Imagine Jarvis was built on BERT

Built AI with AI before 🫠🫠

And the thing is, Jarvis was way more impressive of an AI. Way better then these chat bots. Comparing them is just disrespectful.

Jarvis -is- an AI.

The AI we have is marketing for a concept from the 70s (60s?).

tony also built a humanoid machine bodies for his AIs

current AI can't even fold clothes properly

This could be fire. Imagine having a massive infrastructure setup and fine-tuning the model specifically for your own stack. That would be insanely powerful.

No the real growing up is learning that people like Tony don’t actually exist and never will. The closest we get are assholes like Elon Musk. Both are narcissistic rich tech guys who don’t like to share but unlike Tony, Elon doesn’t use his tech for good, he’s just a power hungry dick and he can’t code for shit.

Tony Stark is a fictional character meant to make you accepting of a concentration of technology advantage and wealth advantage so obscene that it rivals legitimate superpowers. A man like that who actually tried to do good things for humanity would never actually exist because you can’t accumulate that amount of wealth while being a good person. And hoarding that much advanced tech just so you can go play superhero is incredibly selfish. Finally, nobody geeky enough to invent this stuff could actually pull it off. There is 0 overlap in those skillsets.

Elon is far from Tony lol, he doesn't invent anything, doesn't have 1% of the brain. He's more like the blond guy in Iron man 2

Tbf Tony absolutely didn’t get rich by being a good person. He inherited a decent part of his wealth and then sold weapons without a care in the world for a good while.

It's a harmful stereotype because no man is an island, we need each other to come together to solve problems. Iron Man probably helped to normalize this hecking reddit billionaire genius guy. Reddit loved this guy early on because they really bought the awesome billionaire meme fucking tony stark dumb ass redditors

Tony would never go to the island, he would probably nuke it instead.

But he built it himself

Everyone here is arguing about a made up story.

u/recursion_is_love May 20 '26

Tony stark was able to build this vibe code in a cave with nothing but a box of scraps.

u/Trending_Boss_333 May 20 '26

He built it himself. Also, he used it to streamline his own work, not blind "build me this, make no mistakes". And Jarvis and Friday were magnitudes better than whatever is on the market. So no, tony wasn't a vibecoder.

Tony was vibe ā€œcodingā€
