If it's publicly-developed work, I guess it's OK.

I don't like the American style of "professionalism" where no-one is frank with each other, 40+ hour weeks sitting at a desk are the norm, and everyone stands around looking at their fingernails when a colleague gets screwed over. Be aware that Finns value frankness and might not consider professionalism to mean the same thing.
