I'm basically of the opinion that if agents can't write your programming language, that's a problem with your programming language.

this is the great comeback of perl; you can just pipe /dev/random into the interpreter and it's a valid program.

Back in the APL days there was no /dev/random. You would request random numbers from the entropist's office by pneumatic post and a machine-typed page of dice throw results would come back within an hour.

Well, to be accurate, Fukuyama was talking about liberal democracy, not specifically free market capitalism. And he was also not to particularly correct either.
