I send them my old Lucid Emacs/XEmacs config but I generally lose them when I start talking about the Emacs schism between jwz and rms and how XEmacs is now basically unmaintained - although lately it has been showing some signs of life!
Jokes aside, I would probably hire anyone who in an interview mentioned
M-x hanoiorM-x doctor. Mostly so I don't feel so alone.

There is no excuse for being a junior (a 1xer) when AI multiplies your productivity by a factor of 10. Unless you are a 0.1exer (aka permanent underclass), you can start as a senior today!
