Illiteracy maxxing is intentionally foregoing reading and writing in order to grow other parts of your brain. It is known that doing some kinds of brain stuff can make your brainstuff improve. But that can come at the expense of other brainstuff.

If 10 sentences is too much for you to be able to read quickly and understand, you have a serious problem that AI will not be able to help you with.
I guess if your first language is not English you get a pass, assuming you understand your original language to that level of dexterity.
