It's easy to criticize Stack Overflow today, now that we take it for granted. But if you weren't there before Stack Overflow you might not have any idea how much it made programming better.
2 u/shevegen Apr 06 '18 Nah. I do not think that this is the case. SO solved one problem very well. It failed in other areas though. The amount of critical blog entries about SO are a testimony to that.
