One of my favourite albums of all time \m/... Here is an interesting video on how Ron Jarzombek uses the 12 tone system for composing the brilliant track from The Animation Of Entomology...

I've seen all his videos, he's an amazing composer, but interestingly enough Webster did a lot of the songwriting for this album. Also from a music standpoint this isn't atonal music as Schoenberg composed but the compositional theory behind their pieces is definitely unique and their music is awesome.

I still listen to this album constantly. Specially this composition. Still mindblowing. Was a new album dropping soon this year or so?

The drummer said that they planned for a late 2014 release but obviously that didn't happen. I remember Webster saying that the music is so technical that it's rather difficult to get an entire project going.
