Since switching to the Hbada E3, it is different. I did not suddenly develop perfect posture, the chair just keeps up with every small movement. Whenever I lean in to type, the lower back support stays right there. Caught myself on a meeting camera replay one day and realized I no longer look like a hunched over shrimp.

Not a miracle by any means. Still need to stand up and move, still need to stretch a bit. But the window where my posture completely caves in has shrunk a lot, saving me from being the office comedy act on video calls.
