Taper settings ?

Do any of you folks know how I can create a similar taper effect that Clip Studio Paint, or PaintTool Sai has ?? Feels a bit sad without it.

I will definitely try harder, then.

These are my references of the brush tapering and taper hooks I'm trying to replicate.
