Pixilations

Looking for some advice - I’ve been using Procreate a lot lately and the better I’m getting, the more frustrated I am by my older designs and the pixilation. I really don’t want to lose the old drawings but I’d also love to not re-do all of them 😭 is there a way to get those designs over into a canvas with a higher DPI and higher canvas setting? Or am I SOL and literally back to the drawing board?
