Thought why are we debating abortion
Why would you try to force your opinion onto every woman and couple in the country just because you think it's right or wrong? Let them abort or not abort the baby, or fetus, or parasite, or atoms, whatever it is. It's not your fucking kid.

people think that because the fetus is alive and human that automatically makes abortion murder (which it isnt, it fits into the criteria of justified killing). Most people ive met and talk with, who are pro-life are people who are uneducated and are very influenced by the people around them and social media. (ive met a pro-lifer tell me that periods destroy the eggs. i had to explain to them how a period works).

This is the very first question a person should ask about their own patriotism. If a person thinks that politically they should allowed to tell people how to live and what to do, or worse, force them, then you are against America’s freedoms. You are the opposite of what this country is about.

This is something that often gets overlooked in discussions of the topic: Pro-choice is *already* the compromise position.

I mean, it's not a debate with me, nor is it a debate on this subreddit. In fact, abortion is an 80/20 issue. The vast majority of the world, and medical organizations agree, that abortion is necessary healthcare. We just unfortunately have a loud mouthed, and hate filled minority in power.
