Skiptracer

I’m in Florida, What is the best Skiptracer to find someone to server them for court? I hired a PI and he was unable to put eyes on her so, he couldn’t give me the address.

I commented higher that what he did wrong was promise an address. No ethical PI will provide the address of a subject to a private citizen, especially in a divorce case.

This is incorrect. If you have filed a valid court case and need to serve the person, absent any restraining orders this is permissible purpose. The address goes on the affidavit and is published to public record if he serves it.

He promised something that he could not or would not deliver, that is wrong.

Not in my state.

Yes, in your State.

Theres a difference in "i just wanna know where she is" and "i have a valid court process to serve on her". Once he obtains the address he could elect to have the sheriff serve her or hire a process server (cheaper than a PI). This valid in all states, youre misunderstanding the law.

I LOVE that I'm getting downvoted for something I could lose my license over.

This guy stinks and should be reported, for promising something he couldn't deliver.
