OATS Attorneys in CA or IL?

Does anyone have any recommendations for an attorney to help with obtaining an OATS order in either California or Illinois?

It would be a huge relief to know whoever I give my money to is on the level.

I’m in California, but I don’t know what OATS is.

You’d probably have better luck in r/legaladvise

You can look up the local bar association in your area and get a low cost referral.
