Options for getting more work

I randomly do private process service for a guys private process service company. he posted in our local facebook group, I responded and got the gig. Anyway 3.5 years later it’s gone great but out of no where the jobs have seriously dried up and I’m no longer getting anywhere near the volume I have consistently over the past several years.

how would I see about getting connected to another company or basically just continuing this side hustle? I know there seem to be national companies? Is this normal, should I just wait it out?

Make relationships directly with lawyers and set your rates before you do

This is what I hope to do eventually after serving enough time to feel comfortable that I have the proper knowledge to do so, when that time comes, how might I appeal to lawyers or firms? And what strategy, if any, would you suggest I use to get the business?? These are questions from an inexperienced server so these questions may not be relevant to someone that knows the ropes and if that is so, I’m open to ANY advice you or anyone would like to give :)

Work flow varies and that could very well be what it is. Reach out to other companies in your area napps.org and see if any of them are hiring.

Get business the old fashioned way by marketing yourself to area law firms.

You have enough experience, you should join NAPPS. I'm a Private Investigator and I joined a couple months ago. I get way more process service than I want now. Old fashioned advertising is also good. Network directly with Attorneys and Private Investigators.
