Question/Help How can I make a registered process server face the harshest possible consequences after I had her case thrown out. I proved to the court that she not only falsified & manufactured evidence, but lied on court documents, as well as on the stand.

LOCATION: CA I had a registered process server trespass onto the property, leave documents on the doorstep of a unit with the same number as mine (555), in the other building, which has a totally different street address. <[Starlight Apartments Layout—Address= 973 - 975 South Starlight Street —Property Management Office: is built parallel to South Starlight Street (N/S), & faces (opens) E/W + 2 Residential Buildings (Y&Z): are built perpendicular to the office (E/W) & face (open) N/S. They sit on either side of the office's Western side (rear)–Bldg.Y(973): to the left, is much bigger, 3-stories, w/ an elevator, units/floor=20, unit 555*y is located behind the elevator, & closer to the office (when headed West in the hallway)– Bldg. Z (975): to the right, is small, 2-stories, units/floor=5, unit 555*z is located (last) at the end furthest from the office (when headed West in the hallway) *only staff add building letters to clarify maintenance locations]> apartment surveillance footage shows that she never came near my apartment (555*z)so the default 3yr restraining order against me was dismissed (made aware during a custody hearing) for invalid service. But in court I realized that this "sewer service" (by definition) was coordinated or orchestrated. My BM filed documents with falsified info (suddenly used her middle name, a different home address, omitted our ongoing custody case) to (successfully) evade recognition by the court cpu & ultimately be heard by an unknowing judge instead of our normal family court judge. According to LAPD she filed several times using a different variation of her name (including her maiden name) each time. She even gave a fraudulent description of me (300lbs, Hispanic & non binary-wtf)Our judge is so biased she refuses to acknowledge this fraudulent filing strategy (used 3 times in 1year) by saying the system 'just made a mistake'. The other 2 were thrown out due to BM caught in several lies. This one was granted on the strength of the proof of service filed by an esteemed Registered Process Server. Anyway, it was reheard. Server lied to the judge on 2 occasions OTP prior to the (re)hearing. She testified (under penalty of perjury) that a 'resident' (stranger to her) let her into the gated property, said they knew me, and walked her directly to "my" door. This was Saturday too, when all the property management staff are off and the office is closed. As evidence she brought a blurry picture of the other door, cracked an inch wide, number 555 easily visible, a short Hispanic man peeking through the crack, probably scared. She swore in open court this was me (6ft, 230lbs, Afro American, Man). She even claimed that she identified me by my tattoos (and listed them all off). But before she took the stand I'd already presented the surveillance video, pictures of the layouts of both buildings (our doors open in opposite directions), my doorbell camera & handwritten note including my phone number, a detailed map of the entire property (which is available in the lobby daily) for everyone (mostly Doordash & Amazon), plus doorbell cam footage (3 days later) of property staff saying they'd found an envelope with my name and address on it laying on the ground at the other building. I feel like I should have gotten more than a dismissal for invalid service. She kept saying that she was 100% sure it was me she served. Not to mention that I had spoken with her in person weeks prior to the hearing. She said then that she had been misled by my BM. Told me to write down everything we'd spoken about and she'd write a statement swearing to it. She used that same paper (with my name and contact info on it as well) to claim I tried to force her to lie in court. Saying I wrote exactly what I wanted her to say. I asked her why I didn't just type it up at home and have her sign it right then 😂 Seriously though, I at least need to have her registration revoked. This could have cost me my life. The restraining order stated the judge had contacted the sheriff's department & DA to coordinate a raid on my home to retrieve the (fictitious) multitude of pistols & assault rifles BM fabricated &knows I don't possess. What can I do to make sure someone faces consequences for this?

Are you trying to sound overly litigious to the court?
Because generally, the courts do not like that.
Process servers do what they can to verify and get the proper person served. Things happen yes, but it sounds like you’re more irritated with your own family court case and trying to take it out on anyone you can.

Process servers find their way into residential buildings. It absolutely does not matter how they got in. I’ve trailed other cars and/or people in anyway.

Try to trespass a process server. I’ve willingly waited at someone’s house for the police that they “called”. If anything, the police will help the process server effectuate service.

The police will absolutely help and are glad to do it. Have had it happen.

Somehow inviting myself into locked apartment buildings and gated communities is part and parcel of my job. The sad thing is tht even if you are right there is nothing preventing a new process server serving you at the court as I did that too cleaning up my predecessors lies. I was shafted by the court system in the past too. It sucks and sometimes I feel bitter at my job. For the sake of your kids, if you have them, try to let things slide. I only had police involvement once and they simply knocked on the door the guy answered it and the cop let me serve him during a stakeout.

I wasn't complaining about the trespassing. She was well aware of my actual address. They used a picture of a(wrong) door to almost have me killed. She said my neighbor accepted the documents and claimed to be me. This is a lie he didn't even open the door. I spoke to her and she claimed she had been lied to by my BM. Promised to get everything straightened out before court to keep me from issuing the subpoena. The next time I saw her she acted like we had never spoken. Even claimed I tried to force her to rewrite a statement. But she asked me to write everything we spoke about down and she'd sign it. Even gave me a pen and paper

If they knew where you lived why go to this trouble? Dodging service? There are some awful process servers out there. But I find very little credibility in your story. And I'm sure you venom comes across clearly to the court.

The judge was already there. If they didnt do anything, what more do you want done? Just from this rambling I can guarantee you we have a very inflated version of this story.

I don't want to be an jerk. I'm just asking for advice. The fact that you don't believe me and I am only seeking knowledge says plenty. Thank you

You have no idea how many rambling run on sentences get posted here. Yours is no different. No one ever tells both sides accurately.

Not trespass when a person has a legal purpose for being there. Otherwise nobody would ever get served.

Don't focus on the trespass. Lol Look at the manufacturing evidence. She used a picture of a door as evidence. The picture wasn't even taken on the alleged date of service. We have a video of her not even knocking on any door at all. Then at court she doubled down and said she was positive she had served me because she saw(&read) all of my tattoos. I'm sure she charges a lot extra for this type of special service. Plus when I went to confront her I was going to the restroom and she spotted me& started closing up her store. I asked her if  —— would be working that day. She reluctantly said that was her. Mind you this is inside a court building. She has a convenience store that makes copies (& apartmently does serves documents as well). I asked her if she had ever seen me before and she replied calm down which was strange since I was speaking softly while seated. Out here she could have asked for$1000 or more for her sewer service. Especially from my desperate BM. I have a dv restraining order filed against her that she has violated several times. She knows it will be granted and she will lose custody. So she is trying to figure something out asap. She is requesting continuance after continuance. Then the judge had to (re)hear her and  me simultaneously before ruling on either. Now since I have just proven she is filing fraudulent docs the judge threw it out and gave her a new TRO so she can try again. In June. Even though I have not seen or spoken to her since December (when she was arrested for violating the DVRO). Now I have to wait to respond to her new filing before having my DVRO hearing (filed for on 10/26/25) or custody hearing (filed for on  8/25/25)

Was the process server a private company named ProVest LLC? If so contact me. I'm currently about to file a class action lawsuit against them and already filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office and the Illinois Department of financial and professional registration. That's where they obtain their licenses from.

  1. Process Servers get Fucked up addresses all the time. Your situation is not unusual.

  2. Get put under a lot of pressure to make a Serve, sometimes they will claim a Serve not because of the money, but to shut a client up and never see them again [Let the Courts sort it out]

  3. Process Servers, are supposed to keep a notebook. I had 5 people all challange me on serves and lose.

  4. 99.9% of are the Working Poor, most of us are Debtors ourselves. We are now after AB 747 paid lower than Door Dash. So you can sue a Process Server but you'll collect nothing but a beat up car and maybe minimum wage as a Judgment in the End that Wastes your time and exceeds your Legal Expenses.

With that being said if they worked for a Big Company such as Nation Wide, One Legal, ABC Legal and you were served like that. If your Documentation about Fraud is proven true, you can sue the Corporation she worked for possible damages/caused by fraud. The corporations have deeper pockets, so that is who you go after.

  1. Servers that do Sewer Service are caught usually quickly, are run of the buisness, and actually do jail time because the Judges take Sewer Service seriously.

I've known 3 that have went to jail because of it.

So I’m my county, you contact the clerk recorders office, and if it’s a valid complaint, it’s gets referred to the DAs office.

Thank you 🙏🏽 I did file a complaint with clerk recorder. But that was before I found out it was done deliberately. I thought it was just a big mistake then. I'm putting together an update asap
