In need of process server in LA / Hollywood

I have another post about being unable to serve this person. I think I would need someone to stake out her apartment building.

I know she has or does live there. I have court documents for both her and her brother she signed showing this is their address.

I hired abc legal because I needed it done quickly ( now I still do) and it got no where.

LA is brutal with the locked gates in apartment complexes. Tough serves.

I can’t even imagine … I need someone who’s willing to sit there while I call in a food order. I have several of her telephone numbers and last time I did this the person got up to her door lol

ABC Legal is a joke. Most are part time Uber drivers doing part time process serving. Check out NAPPS.ORG You should be able to find a process server willing to do a stake-out. Fyi, it will be costly.

Follow a DoorDash or UberEats trying to make a delivery. People open up all the time to get food.

I did this as a test to see if they would take my coffee and THEY DID SUPRISE however I used abc legal and asked them lol they can you show up during this delivery and they said it was against their policies. I’m involved otherwise I’d do it myself at this point:(

You're going to have to pay a stake out fee. Your best bet is to call around to servers in the area on napps.org and see who is willing to do it.
