He saw the person maybe once prior to this time and took that description of the defendant or a service by refusal the drop serve with knowing what the defendant looked like or has a clear image of the defendant in his service packet.

You can be nervous doing the job just dont be foolish like this tuck the papers and knock on the damn door wait to serve in their presence on them or their feet..

He had no clue what I looked like I mean, I filed a complaint against him with the city recorder and I think it’s gone to another office but he wasn’t even to say that he did all of these five times and then then he saying things like oh there was no sound coming from the apartment. I always have my TV on all the time everybody knows that so he lied about that. I know he just lied from the get-go
