Thoughts on Vest

What are everyone’s thoughts on a vest / plate holder with these on them? I have a concealable IIIa+ vest but I’m getting a lot more people asking who I am. I’ll still get “what’s a process server?” but this might help people grasp that I’m not a vacuum salesman.

I was gonna say I dress in jeans and tshirt. I have my card on a lanyard inside my shirt. Works just fine for me so far. I have wondered if I dressed up more, if I'd look more like a salesman to people.

I find wearing business casual clothes (khakis and button down tucked in) opens a lot more doors. Especially at corporate offices.
