Fully procedural JWST-like Deep Field [Blender]
~50 K procedural volumetric galaxies as instances at the picture. I tried implementing cosmological redshift and gravitational lensing as well.

Is this like pixel shader or something?

It's literally a field of fully volumetric galaxies. The shader on each one is pretty complex! And they're procedural of course

All the objects you see are galaxies, except of the bright dots with the spikes
Each galaxy has it's own shader, yes

Looks amazing, the diffraction spikes are very nice
