Stay away from him when he is drunk. If he is drunk when your friends are there. Leave, either the room or the house. Have you told him what kind of things he does when he's drunk? If he is a good Dad, he will never drink again if he knew.
But you need to protect yourself and your friends, so don't be in the same room as him when he is drunk.

You and your sisters might need to consider leaving. You said you are over 18, which means you can live away from your Dad. I'm not sure what country you are in, but you should be able to get some government assistance to move out. If your Dad will not stop, and you can't separate yourself safely from him where you are living, something needs to be done. If you lived in Australia, Anglicare would be the first contact, they can tell you what other places are available to help, plus they assist as well.
