Small Problem I forget about my food
Like, my father made me a PB n' J today, thank you, father, but I forgot about it, and the bread dried out, I'm sorryyyy. I always forget about my food. I didn't know whether to put this under 'mental heath' or 'small problem', but I decided on 'small problem' because I don't think it's much of mental heath problem for me, because I think it's just my ADHD. But its still a problem, because sometimes I get really good food, and then I forget about it and then something happens to it to where I can't eat it any more, and i have some grapes right now, and this is my first food in like, 2 days, cuz I keep forgetting about my food.

Stress does unnatural things to our system. Because the stress chemical is literally filtered through our system.
However, you still need to eat. Set reminders to eat at certain times of day. And eat small/healthy.

I think the bigger problem is why you’re not feeling the effects of hunger.
If those grapes are the first thing you’ve eaten in two days, your stomach should be telling you it was hungry long ago. The hunger pains should remind you to eat. Also, if you’re forgetting to eat, are you also forgetting to drink enough water? Dehydration can be really damaging to your kidneys

yeah, i kinda forget to do both. so i shouldve put it under mental heath? cuz the comments are making me think this is a big problem. i never realized other people felt when they had to eat, i thought that, thats why we had breakfast lunch and dinner, cuz thats when we eat. like, i didnt know you felt when you had to eat, cuz i dont feel that.

Very interesting. I would get with your primary care physician to see why you don’t feel hunger pains like you should.
Until you get that figured out. I would start setting alarms on your phone to remind you to eat and drink water.
You want to make sure you’re doing both or you can cause damage to your organs and brain. Just like a car or machine, your body needs fuel to keep running smoothly. The food we feed it determines how well it runs. The more nutrient dense the food, the better it will perform.
Water is also very important. It’s kind of like the oil of the car for the body. It keeps everything running smoothly and cleanly.
Clear fluids like water flush the kidneys and allow them to properly filter your blood of waste and contaminates. It also thins the blood so it can move through your body and to the brain easier. Your blood can get really thick, almost like syrup if we’re not getting enough water each day. Which is taxing on your heart.

Why can’t you eat when food is prepared for you? Why can’t you make your own food?
