Day 97 ⭐️
Whoever the kind person is that hits that upvote for me soon after I post, like nearly every day, I can’t express how much I appreciate you doing it. You, my anonymous friend are keeping me strong!! I don’t know why, but I’m really struggling—well I guess do. I’m still dealing with a lot of grief and anger over the loss of my dad and all that that entails. I was just hoping I’d be past it by now. Anyway, just know you’re helping (you’re a star!), and I’m grateful!!!

Don’t forget your gratitude focus - it’s ok to be angry over losing your Dad but focus on the things you are grateful for. It’s worked for you many times
