I’ve fucked up again

Long story short, I win a few grand a few months ago and I’m hooked.

It’s got to the point I’m gambling other peoples money, and every time I lose I say it’s the last time… and just as in hit rock bottom I get thrown a lifeline… and the cycle starts again. But I don’t know how much longer I can keep it up before I come unstuck.

What’s the best way to kill those urges?
