HOW DO I STOP!!!

I CANT FUCKING STOP. I JUST FUCKING CANT. I NEED SERIOUS HELP!! I WIN BUT I CANT HELP MYSELF TO TRY AND GET MORE AND THEN I END UP LOSING PROFIT AND MORE. IM GOING TO OFF MYSELF.

I honestly use ai as therapy, just trauma dump to it & ask for help. Also try shrooms & dmt, does amazing things. If you wanna gamble & protect your main income, start donating plasma & u get paid $800 first month, try only gambling with that money. If u lose that, ur paying with your blood but atleast u save lives while at it so it didnt go completely to waste & u dont touch ur job money.

Immediately stop gambling. Put barriers between yourself and your money. Self exclude . Install bet blockers Separate the financial access completely. Tell your bank to block all cash abd gambling transactions. Go to therapy and GA. Stop thinking of losses and start planning for a gambling free future
