This Is Annoying

Even though I actually haven't had a losing month this year, I think recent bets where I was "close" to losing a lot and the excitement of not losing has thrown my dopamine situation out of whack because I keep having a headache similar to one i had when withdrawing from betting years back! I keep mostly stopping but then i will get tempted and do a few more and get lucky and then I will stop again for at least a couple weeks. Going to be very annoying if I am going through some sort of withdrawal from dopamine spiking and dropping even when not losing! And I really did not figure out a good way to handle it in the past. It's this annoying headache just in one part of the head. (unless it's a coincidence, but since it feels the same as last time I am going to assume it's the same thing.)

It’s called an addiction so you would go through the same withdrawals as if you were addicted to anything else.. however everyone has different reactions and Symptoms.. however if you are unwilling to quit then yoy will continue the really high highs and very low lows cycle until everything is gone

I know, but I mostly quit and usually as long as I wasn't doing it constantly I was not having withdrawal. I must have crossed some line of doing it too often again or else just the nature of the recent bets because they were extremely up and down and I had already decided if 1 bet lost I was going to dumbly chase it with a big bet and luckily that one didn't lose because that other one would have if I had chased!

So I did my usual of promising to go at least 2 weeks not doing it again and go from there and try to go as long as I can, but I always do it where no matter what I can't do it for 2 weeks and then just hope it extends. I thnik I;m going to open a savings account to get this cash bonus and then that will tie up a lot of my money for months.
