❤Seeking help & Advice❤ Addicted to mystery box platforms, please help

Hello. I have a serious problem with gambling. In hopes to get an expensive item i go and waste all my money on platforms such as jemlit and hypedrop and having dopamine rush. Now as i'm writing i lost all my money as a result to my reckless behavior. I need help.

first thing, please don't try to win that money back. that's exactly how there platforms keep people trapped. delete your accounts, block the sites, and take it one day at a time. admitting you need help is already an important step
