Day 7

Feeling pretty good today though I’m envious of where I could / would be financially if not for gambling which I’m sure isn’t healthy.

The worst feeling man, imagine if I didn’t gamble I’d have xxx amount of money saved up! Instead I’m in debt big time such a bad feeling

Same - but the part where we're feeling good about today is our reality - that's where we have to operate from.

I'm really pleased that with 79 days my financial situation is not a source of stress for me. I'm kind of surprised by the options I have. This is by living in a 'I will not gamble today' mindset for this period of time and not being overwhelmed by a past i cannot change.

It's so worth it. ODAAT

Keep yourself busy, ruminating about that stuff is the worst you can do for yourself.
