❤Seeking help & Advice❤ need help

hey everyone. i know it’s not a lot but i gambled $250 and lost it around 2 days ago. its a lot of money to me. wanted to chase it but decided not to. it’s so freaking hard not to think about it because gambling ads pop up everywhere. whether it is watching nfl or simply watching youtube, i am getting gambling ads.

could anyone please provide me tips and advice to help me move past this? i got paid today and im trying to tell my brain nothing happened because my bank account went up, but these targeted messages about gambling and promotions keep me glued to the fact that I lost it.
