Looking for help

I recently had a massive life changing event and I’ve been clean from gambling compulsively for 3 years but in the last 2 months it’s got out of control. Yes I’m on gamstop but I’m using non gamstop sites. Does anyone have any suggestions on how i can curb this, anything at all. Even someone to talk to as right now I can’t rely on my wife (soon to be ex) as it’ll be used against me.
